Delivery & Service Area
We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom, covering England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Pre-Orders
Products marked as “Pre-order” are items that have not yet been released or are awaiting stock arrival.
Pre-Orders on Allocated Stock
Most pre-order products sold on Hidden Card Hub are based on confirmed distributor allocations. We only open pre-orders on confirmed allocated stock received from our authorised distributors.
In rare cases, distributors may reduce or adjust allocations before release. If this occurs and affects your order, customers will be contacted as soon as possible with available options, including refunds or alternative solutions.
We always aim to keep pre-order availability fair and transparent for all customers.
Pre-Order Shipping Timeline
As a fully online-only store, our stock arrival timeline will differ from physical retail stores. Unlike brick-and-mortar hobby stores, we do not run official pre-release events or receive early pre-release allocation stock.
To maintain fairness across retailers, distributors control when products will be shipped and supplied to online stores. In most cases, pre-order stock arrives shortly before release day, and our team works to dispatch orders as quickly as possible once stock reaches us from distributors.
While we always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, delivery timelines may occasionally vary depending on distributor logistics and courier processing times. Please note that most shipping and logistics providers operate on business days only and do not normally process deliveries during weekends or public holidays.
Order Processing & Cut-off
- Dispatch Time: All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the following working day.
Shipping Method & Estimates
Our standard shipping service is Royal Mail Tracked 48 (or a tracked equivalent via a reputable courier).
- Total Estimated Delivery: Most orders arrive within 3–4 business days from the order date, including approximately 1 business day for processing and 2–3 business days for transit. Deliveries normally do not take place during weekends or public holidays.
- Tracking: Once your order is on its way, we will provide tracking details. You can view full details of this delivery service on the Royal Mail Tracked 48 website.
Partial Fulfilment (Mixed Orders)
If your order contains a mix of In-Stock and Pre-order items, we typically ship the entire order together once all items are available. However, we will provide a complimentary partial fulfilment (shipping in-stock items immediately) if the following criteria are met:
- Order Value: The total order value is £100 or above.
- Item Ratio: The number of in-stock items is equal to or greater than the number of pre-order items.
If these conditions are not met, your order will be held and dispatched in full once the pre-order items arrive.

Important Notes
- Remote Areas: Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Islands, and other remote locations may require an additional 1–2 working days.
- Delays: While we strive for timely delivery, please note that delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur during peak seasonal periods or due to postal service disruptions.
- Secure Packaging: We take great care to package every order securely to ensure your items arrive in excellent condition.
