Shipping Constraints

We ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. All billing and shipping addresses must be UK-based.

Factory-Sealed TCG Products

Due to the nature of Trading Card Games (including market price volatility and the high risk of product tampering), all sales of factory-sealed products are final once they have shipped.

  • Once an order enters "Fulfilled" status, it is non-refundable.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind or buyer's remorse.
  • If you open, break, or tamper with the factory shrink-wrap, foil seal, or box tape, the item is immediately ineligible for a return or refund under any circumstances.

Pre-Order Cancellations

When you place a pre-order, the transaction fees (charged by third-party payment processors) are deducted immediately and are non-recoverable by our shop. If you choose to cancel a pre-order before it ships:

  • Cash Refund: You will receive a refund for the order balance, minus the non-recoverable third-party payment processing fees.
  • Store Credit: The deducted transaction fee amount will be issued to your account as Store Credit.

Damaged or "Not as Described" Claims

In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item arrives damaged or is not as described, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process a claim, replacement, or repair, you must provide clear photographic evidence of:

  1. The outer shipping box and shipping label.
  2. The internal packing materials.
  3. The unopened, sealed product.

We reserve the right to deny any claim, refund, or replacement if the evidence provided is insufficient, if the factory seal has been tampered with, or if the product does not meet our internal security inspection criteria.

Return Shipping Costs

The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item to our facility. We strongly suggest utilizing a tracked and insured shipping courier. We are not liable for return shipments that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
