Thank you for purchasing singles from our store. Please read the following information before placing your order.

Card Condition

  • Unless otherwise stated, all single cards are in Near Mint (NM) condition.
  • Any variation in condition will be clearly stated in the product description.

Product Images

  • Product images are provided for reference purposes only.
  • The actual card you receive may differ from the image shown due to print position, centring, surface, or other minor visual characteristics.

Card Protection & Packaging

We take great care to ensure your cards arrive safely.

  • All single cards will be placed in penny sleeves before packing.
  • Depending on the number of cards ordered, multiple cards may be packed together in the same sleeve where appropriate.
  • Cards with a sold value of £5 or more will also be protected with a toploader (up to two eligible cards per toploader).
  • Cards with a sold value of £10 or more will each be packed in an individual toploader.
  • Orders will be shipped in either:
    • a rigid cardboard mailer; or
    • a bubble mailer with additional rigid cardboard protection,
    depending on the size of your order.
  • All applicable mailers will be clearly marked with "Please Do Not Bend".
  • Larger bulk orders may be shipped in a parcel box with appropriate internal protection and padding.

Damaged or Tampered Parcels

If your parcel appears to have been bent, crushed, tampered with, or otherwise damaged during transit:

  • Do not open the parcel.
  • Take clear photos and videos showing the condition of the sealed parcel and any visible damage.
  • Contact us immediately so we can advise on the next steps.

Please note: Opened parcels showing signs of transit damage may not be eligible for a refund or claim, as we are unable to verify the condition of the contents after the parcel has been opened.

Recommended Unboxing Video

To help protect both you and us in the unlikely event of a delivery issue, we strongly recommend recording a continuous video when opening your parcel.

Please ensure the video clearly shows:

  • The shipping label.
  • The parcel is still fully sealed before opening.
  • The complete unboxing process without interruption.

This video can provide valuable evidence should any issue arise during delivery.

We guarantee that all cards sold by us are 100% genuine and authentic, including cards acquired through trade-ins or other legitimate sources.
