Wizards of the Coast has announced that certain English-language products within the Europe region has been affected by production and shipping delays. According to Wizards, the delays are related to production and shipping issues and may impact the availability of selected products after Prerelease and release dates.

We contacted our suppliers again today regarding the status of the MSH Commander Decks. Unfortunately, they are still waiting for stock from WOTC before they can fulfil outstanding orders.
We understand it can be frustrating to already see these commanders being played at your local pod or appearing online. In many cases, these cards may have come from Collector Boosters or Jumpstart Boosters, where they can also be found, rather than from the Commander Decks themselves.
Please know that we’re doing everything we can to get your preorder fulfilled as soon as stock becomes available.
If you no longer wish to wait, simply send us an email using the email address associated with your order. Please include your order number and your shipping postcode so we can verify your identity. Once verified, we will process a full refund, including any transaction fees normally deducted by the payment platform.
If you choose to stay with us, your preorder price and allocation remain fully secured. As a small thank you for your patience and support, we will randomly include one FREE MSH Play Booster Pack with your preorder. We hope it brings you some extra luck 🍀 while you wait!
